IT’S A BRIGHT, BEAUTIFUL scene as you approach the corner of Barrett and Fourth Street Southeast, The David and Janice Bender home is in left center while the family tree at the Craig and Penny Wenzel home shines toward the right. At far right is the Pam Frank and Al gray yard filled with bright decorations including the brightest Rudolph nose in the county. And out of the picture on the left is the Rod and Judy Krueger home that also has some nice decorations.
