Pastor Bagnall started the meeting with prayer.

Gaea Blue was introduced. She is the new hospital administrator and CEO.

Announcement made by Laura/WSADC for a 5 week webinar “Survive & Thrive” for small businesses starting February 26 @ 10 AM.

Motion to approve last months minutes with a change in the donation to the groups serving at the Farm & Home Show to $200.00. Ron/Matthew

Charlie and Brian Bergeleen will own the pancake grills. We will pay rent to use them for the Farm & Home Show. Rent is $50 per grill plus propane. Kim will dispose of the old grills.

Farm & Home Show is February 16. Setup will be Sunday, February 15 at 4:30. Mr. Twister will make balloon animals for the kids during the day. Ron and Arlene have been working on the food. We will have seminars throughout the day. The next committee meeting is February 11 at Noon. We currently have around 50 vendors signed up. The basketball team will help vendors at setup time. The Tyler Easton benefit committee will be selling pop and candy throughout the day. 4H will sell coffee and rolls in the morning.

Motion to donate $100 to the basketball team for helping with the setup. Laura K/Kim

Awards Banquet-Jim Burg is working on a wind farm educational speaker. A nomination ad will be in the paper and we will take nominations at the farm and home show.

Is anyone interested in going around and making some face-to-face contacts to get more members?
