The Wessington Springs Board of Education moved forward with a hybrid model of a four-day school week during their meeting last Monday.”This model will allow for 6 full day in-services during the academic year,” said school superintendent Lance Witte in this week’s “Spartan Spotlight” weekly column (seen in this issue) ” We will do away with early releases and half day in-services for next academic year. We are confirming final calendar details and this should be finalized in the coming weeks.”
