The Prairie Hills Art Show, sponsored by SACOTA, will be held at the Wessington Springs Opera House on Friday and Saturday, June 25-26.Entries for Photography (Amateur and Professional ) and Artwork for all ages will be accepted. To be eligible all artwork must be rendered within the last two years.
Entry forms can be obtained by contacting Wendy Bergeleen at 539-1963 or by writing to 37038 234th St., Wessington Springs , SD 57382.
The special display this year will be “What Is It?” and the unusual articles will be numbered for the public to guess at them. Answers (if known) will be posted elsewhere. This should be fun and educational, so if you have anything unusual of this sort the committee would be very happy if you would bring them for display!
Deadline for entries is June 23. All entries are to be delivered to the Opera House on Friday afternoon from 3:00 to 6:00 pm for check in and placing them for display.
