SHAKESPEARE GARDEN and Ann Hathaway Cottage was a popular gathering place over the weekend as former Wessington Springs College/High School and Academy students came from all corners of the US and parts of Canada to celebrate their reunion. This group was looking around the gardens as they reminisced on Saturda afternoon. From left are: Jay (Class of 1964) and Pam Winter, Larry and Joanne Starr (HS 1952), Nate Olson (class of 1952), Jackie Barszich (Class of 1959), Marlena Barszich (Class of 1959), Marlena Osthoek-Wibben (class of 1960), Joyce Reiman (class of 1960), Lucile Bodenheimer and husband James W. Holiday (high school class of 1963), Joyce Aurner Schultz( WSC Class of 1963), Marlis Potter Gilman (high school class of 1963), Larry Gilman. They were part of over 250 people that registered and attended the reunion. The 125th anniversary of the church was also celebrated over the three-day weekend.
