SOME OF THE 20 KIDS that are regulars at the Busy Bee Daycare Center took advantage of the first really nice day of spring weather last week as the temperature soared to the mid 70’s on Tuesday, March 30. The center is owned by the Wessington Springs Area Development Corporation (WSADC) and operated by co-directors Samantha Peterson and Kandy Flowers. The kids also receive lots of loving care from the other employees, Hilary Ryan, Paj Broer, Samantha Sedlacek, Julie Wagner and Melinda Salas. Other volunteers from the community help out at times. The center takes it name, “Busy Bee” from the many fun-filled social and educational daily activities that prepare the kids for their entry into pre-school and kindergarten.
