FLAGS AND VFW and American Legion markers on Charles Fransen’s grave in Prospect Hill Cemetery… He served his country admirably and was a Prisoner of War during WWII. His was one of the scores of graves that are decorated each year by the Veterans of the area with Buddy Poppies and flags to honor those who have gone on before them. They all have a story to tell.
