THE WESSINGTON SPRINGS HILLS are emerald green this summer after ample spring rains. This scene of the hills is near the northwest corner of town, just west of the 4-H Rodeo Grounds. Elton Kaus’ horses graze peacefully on the plentiful grass in a pasture near Elton and Julie’s home. Tim Dean owns the pasture further up the hills to the west.
