Duncan rural Catholic Church is on the chopping block… but it shouldn’t be → duncan-church-steeple

ST. PLACIDUS DUNCAN Catholic Church is located 3 ½ miles west of Highway 45 around 12 miles northwest of Gann Valley. The church is served by Father Jim Friedrich. Mass is held at 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays September through October, at 4:00 p.m. Saturdays November through April, and 10:30 a.m. Sundays May through August. Under a plan now being studied by the diocese, the church would be one of 35 to no longer hold regular mass starting in 2012.
