She loved music, rose gardening, all things about nature and traveling. Olna didn’t have brothers or sisters, but was raised on the family farm with her aunt Emma and five cousins that became her family. She was a well-read and some what opinionated woman and was the general contractor on the building of the Boyd home. Olna instilled the importance of life’s lessons and faith in her family.
