Vacancies Announced on Alpena Town Board, WS City Council, School Board

Vacancies due to expiration of terms have been announced for the Town of Alpena, City of Wessington Springs and Wessington Springs School District Board of Education, Vacancies on the city side are: Mayor Brian Bergeleen, 1st Ward Ryan Knipfer, 2nd Ward Layton Schimke, 3rd Ward Tim Schooler (one year term) and 3rd Ward Natasha Waters.

In Alpena, the offices of Trustees Andrew Small and Paul Weber (three year terms), will become vacant due to the expiration of the present terms.

On the school board, Jacki Bultsma and Jennifer Jensen’s three year terms will expire.
