CARD OF THANKS: I want to thank Becky and Mike Krueger for rushing to help me when Grandpa Howard had his stroke Thursday evening, December 30^th, 2010. Also, thanks to EMT Keith Wetzel and Deputy Sheriff Shane Mentzer, our ambulance crew: Dick Powell, Becky Leslie, Elias Rostad, and Casey Huffman for getting Howard to the hospital in the blizzard. Special thanks to Dr. Tom Dean, Terri Groves, PA, and all the RNs and Lab, etc. that took special care of him and kept him comfortable. Our children: Cheryl and Craig, Darryl and Nancy, Don and Susie, Connie and Jeff, Carol and Jeff, Cindy and Fred, Candi and Leon, and Cathy and Scott and their families came as they could in the blizzard to lend comfort and support. Howard passed away early Tuesday morning, January 4, 2011. Thanks to Vavras, Rita Kolousek and Linda Wenzel for the extra bedrooms for our family and the many friends that brought food to our home. Special thanks to Pastor Sara Dean for the comforting service Monday, Janaury 10, 2011 at the Foothills Bible Fellowship Church, the beautiful music by Gail and Susan Arnott and Becky Leslie and for all the beautiful bouquets and plants; to our grandsons Brian and Ryan Bell, Casey and Kyle Cuppy, Brandon and Josh Cuppy, Derek and Danny Zenk, Dylan Collins and Deion Sails for being pallbearers for Grandpa Hwoard. Thanks to Pat Mettler and Diane Patton, chairman and all the uCC ladies for furnishing salads and cakes for dinner at our UCC Fellowship Hall.
